Watertown City Council approved a Grant of Location for Nstar DBA Eversource to install underground electrical conduit on Pleasant Street to serve 104 Main Street, subject to standard DPW conditions. The authorization allows roughly 100 feet of new conduit to be placed within the public right-of-way under specified construction and restoration requirements.
