The Board approved Resolution #16-26 and a lease agreement with the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District for installation and operation of an air-monitoring station at Standard Park. NOR will receive $1,500 in annual rent with 2.5% yearly increases plus approximately $9,000 per year in electrical cost reimbursement during the renewable one-year lease terms.
