Pittsburgh is preparing a reimbursement agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for up to $1,000,000 in preliminary design work on the Corliss Tunnel, mostly reimbursable, plus up to $10,000 for the City's share of state-incurred costs. The resolution authorizes execution of the design-phase funding arrangement.
