OCPS partners with Siemens for student vocational training

The School Board of Orange County, Florida entered into a Community-Based Vocational Education Agreement with Siemens Energy, Inc. to provide unpaid vocational training opportunities for exceptional education students from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. The no-cost agreement may be renewed for two additional one-year terms and requires Siemens to furnish facilities, supervision support, and insurance while SBOC provides student supervision and transportation.
