Description

York Regional Council enacted Bylaw 2026-15 to issue $20 million in 3.99% amortizing debentures to Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation to finance the Town of Georgina’s new Replacement Civic Centre. The borrowing will be repaid over ten years through equal semi-annual blended payments ending May 1, 2036.
