The Norwalk Planning Commission approved permits for Leticia Smith of Smartlink, on behalf of APC Towers, to construct and operate a 60-foot mono-pine wireless telecommunications facility with an enclosed equipment area at 12616 Pioneer Boulevard. The project is exempt from CEQA under Section 15303 and subject to specified conditions of approval.
