The Middleborough Select Board approved a purchase and sale agreement funded by a $405,000 Nature Conservancy Eastern Box Turtle Mitigation Grant to acquire 52 acres off Thompson and Precinct Street for conservation and passive recreation. The acquisition requires no Town funds and will be managed as Article 97 conservation land.
