Renewal

Initial term is five (5) years from the Effective Date and may be renewed upon mutual written agreement, with any renewed term not to exceed five (5) years. Either party wishing to renew must notify the other at least 90 days before expiration, and before each renewed term the District must make findings required by Education Code §17529.
