Town of Roseland Awards Facilities Contract to Dt Integrity Group Llc Dba Legacy Homes (July 2026)

The St. Joseph County Parks Board entered into an MOU with DT Integrity Group LLC d/b/a Legacy Homes to provide direct gated pedestrian access from The Ranch subdivision to Anderson Trail County Park. The developer will install and maintain the access gate and fencing at its expense, while park staff will maintain a connecting path and require residents to hold annual park passes.
