District amends BusRight contract for NY 2-d compliance

Following natural termination on June 30, 2029, Subscriber may elect 1-year renewal periods with 90 days’ written notice

Agreement now naturally terminates June 30, 2029, after which Subscriber may renew in 1-year increments with 90 days’ written notice. Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice or for uncured breach; BusRight may charge a cancellation fee up to 50% of Year 1 annual fees only for terminations occurring between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027; no cancellation fee applies to terminations after June 30, 2027.
