VTA’s Board will consider an amendment and restatement of its design-build contract with Kiewit Shea Traylor for the BART Silicon Valley Phase II tunnel and trackwork package, setting a total contract value up to $3.55 billion. The action would authorize up to $400 million for Stage 1 modifications and pre-tunneling construction, with future Board approval required for additional Stage 2 work.
