MWDOC staff has recommended awarding a two-year contract, with three optional one-year renewals, to Orange County Department of Education’s Inside the Outdoors to design and implement a regional K-12 water education program, with projected FY 2026–27 funding of $525,029 through the Choice Program. The program will provide standards-aligned water education to students across Orange County.
