The Workforce Development Board Youth Council recommends renewing a $200,000 WIOA-funded youth services agreement with Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 to serve 20 at-risk youth with training and wraparound support. The agreement is contingent upon availability of Program Year 2026–2027 WIOA funds and City approvals.
