Description

Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County approved Contract No. 130-13153 with Paymentus Corporation to provide electronic billing and payment processing, bill print and mail, and customer portal services on a transaction-based model, for an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 over five years. The agreement supports decommissioning of the existing FIS portal and integrates with Oracle CCS, Harris NorthStar CIS, and the SilverBlaze customer portal.

Renewal Info

Initial term is five (5) years from the Launch Date. At the end of the Initial Term, the Agreement automatically renews for successive two-year periods unless either party provides at least six months’ prior written notice of non-renewal. Total compensation, including reimbursable expenses, shall not exceed $5,000,000 unless increased via executed Change Order.
