Description

Central Contra Costa Sanitary District proposes to amend its long-standing wastewater service agreement with the City of Concord to move from annual to quarterly billing for shared facilities costs and to clarify capital and O&M cost allocations. The amendment, the sixth since the original 1974 contract, is intended to improve District cash flow and eliminate routine interest charges to the City.
