NTMWD staff recommend authorizing a $158,448 engineering services agreement with Gupta and Associates, Inc. for preliminary design of the Conveyance System SCADA Improvements to enhance wastewater system monitoring and communications. The work will develop recommendations for a redundant SCADA network and centralized lift station monitoring at Wilson Creek and South Mesquite Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plants.
