Description
The Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority entered into a Property Tax Increment Revenue Agreement with the Lower Arkansas Valley Water Conservancy District for the Dillon Drive Urban Renewal Project. The District consents to the Authority retaining and pledging 100% of property tax increment revenues from the area for up to 25 years to support bonds and project costs.
