Description

Platte County and the City of Northmoor entered into a 10-year transportation tax distribution agreement under which the County will remit a semi-annual, per-capita share of the municipal portion of the countywide transportation sales tax to the City. Funds must be used for transportation-related improvements within Northmoor and are subject to certification, indemnification, and formal amendment requirements.
