Draft Augustine Manor Water Main Extension Agreement

The draft Augustine Manor Phase 1 Alternate Mainline Water System Agreement would have ELM STREET COMMUNITIES fund and build more than 7,500 feet of 8-inch water main and appurtenances to serve a planned subdivision before transferring the infrastructure to the Charles Town Utility Board. The project must be completed within five years and follows PSC Rule 7.5 alternate mainline procedures.
