The City of Fridley, in partnership with the Fridley Creative Arts Foundation, will provide a $500 stipend to each artist selected for the Utility Box Art Wrap Pilot Program. Up to six artists or organizations will be funded, with installations expected Summer 2026 and an estimated artwork lifespan of 8-10 years.
