STAFFING

Effective December 10, 2025; assignment durations determined per service assignment; certain obligations extend six months after a worker’s resignation and up to three years post-completion for some insurance/professional liability provisions

Service assignments can be open-ended or for specified terms, with pricing subject to renegotiation after six months on longer assignments and at certain milestones. Certain obligations, including hiring restrictions and direct-hire terms, last while a social worker is under agreement with Social Work p.r.n. and for six months after resignation; professional liability coverage must extend three years after completion of services when written on a claims-made basis, and cyber liability must continue two years after contract term for covered services.
