The City of Winter Haven staff recommends awarding Enviro Build a $102,515 contract to perform large-scale dock and boardwalk repairs at Lake Maude Nature Park and replace the fishing pier at Lake Hartridge Nature Park. Funding will come from the existing dock replacement budget and savings from the Dr. MLK Park Skate Park maintenance project, pending City Commission approval.
