FACILITIES

Effective Date through the earlier of 50 years from Effective Date or termination of the Facility Lease, and in any event not before all Bonds and related indebtedness are fully repaid

Initial term expires on the earlier of 50 years from the Effective Date or termination of the Facility Lease, and cannot terminate until all related Bonds and indebtedness are fully repaid; the parties may agree in writing to extend the Term, subject to State Public Works Board consent while Bonds are outstanding.
