The City of Wildomar is considering an amendment to its Tri-Party Agreement with The Bluffs at Hidden Springs, LLC and PlaceWorks, Inc. to increase the not-to-exceed budget for preparation of The Bluffs Specific Plan and CEQA documentation by $61,165, bringing the total to $1,184,730. All costs will be paid by the applicant as a lump sum under the revised agreement.
