The City of El Paso plans to enter an interlocal agreement with the 34th Judicial District Attorney for reimbursement of up to $150,000 for narcotics and controlled substances testing costs. The agreement will support Border Prosecution Unit and Texas Anti-Gang Center cases from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2027.
