City Backs New Missouri American Water Pump Station

The City of Maryland Heights Planning staff recommended approval of a Conditional Use Permit and draft ordinance for Missouri American Water Company to replace an aging water pump station with a new 5,000 square foot enclosed water pressure control and pumping facility at 11301 Lackland Road. The project modernizes critical water infrastructure while meeting zoning and screening standards in the M-1 Office, Service, and Light Manufacturing District.
