Initial three-year term from execution, followed by automatic annual renewals unless either municipality gives at least 12 months’ written notice of termination effective December 31 of the following year. After 2029, the Fire Protection Services Fee increases 5% annually for each renewal year; waiver, indemnity, and insurance obligations survive expiration or termination.

Agreement
