Agreement covers a three-year Urban County qualification period (FFY 2027–2029) and auto-renews for FFY 2030–2032 unless the City or County elects not to participate and provides written notice to the other party and the HUD field office by HUD’s deadline. The City must annually enter a subrecipient agreement and cannot terminate or withdraw while program funds or income remain and HUD close-out is pending.
