Renewal

Agreement commences as of April 7, 2026 and Architect’s Construction Phase Services commence with award of the initial construction contract and terminate upon issuance of the final Certificate for Payment, with the overall agreement terminating one year after Substantial Completion unless otherwise extended by Additional Services provisions. If services extend beyond 24 months from the agreement date, additional compensation applies as Additional Services.
