Initial term is five years starting January 15, 2026 and ending January 14, 2031. If EarthScope is in good standing and the lease has not been terminated, it may renew for two consecutive five-year terms under the same basic conditions, subject to written agreement. Lessor may terminate at any time with 30 days’ written notice, after which EarthScope has up to 60 days from termination date or 90 days from notice to remove its equipment.
