TASB’s role as Supplier and third‑party beneficiary continues for as long as the BoardBook subscription remains in effect under yearly, non‑auto‑renewing terms. Any renewal would occur through a new annual agreement between the Subscriber and PSBA, with Supplier rights carrying through the updated GTC.
