Three Rivers Park District authorized execution of a 20-year cooperative agreement with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to operate and maintain the St. Albans Bay Shore Fishing Site on Lake Minnetonka. The State retains ownership of the easement while Three Rivers manages day-to-day maintenance and site improvements subject to State approval.
