This Monitoring and Oversight MOU runs concurrently with the Magnolia Science Academy 5 charter term of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031 and may be amended by written addenda with mutual agreement. It will be reviewed at least annually and remains in effect through any closure process if the school becomes non-operational; future charter renewals would require a new or updated MOU consistent with then-current law and policy.
