Bergeron Village Phase 4 subdivision improvements agreement

The Elko City Planning Commission is recommending that City Council conditionally approve Final Map No. 7-25 for Bergeron Village Phase 4 and authorize DGB Investment, Inc. to enter into a performance agreement to construct required public improvements. The subdivision will create 19 residential lots and a remainder parcel on approximately 74 acres east of Jennings Way, with street and utility infrastructure dedicated to the City.
