Using ARPA funds, Greencastle engaged Keller Engineering to clean and televise over 37,000 feet of sewer lines and identify critical infiltration areas. Keller Engineering then helped prepare a PA Small Water & Sewer Program grant application to fund replacement of 6,000 feet of clay sewer pipe.
