ODHE Uses Management Council to Operate Direct Admission Portal

The Ohio Department of Higher Education engages the Management Council of Ohio Computer Network to operate the secure Direct Admission Portal for the Ohio Direct Admission Pilot Program. This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the Direct Admission program unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

Renewal

Agreement continues for the life of the Direct Admission program and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice, after which MC must securely destroy all LEA-submitted data in the Portal or return it upon LEA request.
