The City of South Euclid proposes to enlist the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (NOPEC) to establish and administer a Do Not Knock Registry for residents at no cost to the City or individuals. NOPEC would maintain the registry, distribute stickers, and update participants annually under Ordinance 21-26.
