The City of Riverbank approved a Side Letter Agreement with the Riverbank Mid-Management Employees Association to clarify longevity pay eligibility language in their MOU. The clarification, effective retroactive to January 4, 2019, preserves the existing longevity pay structure while aligning language with retirement reporting requirements.
