Poudre River Public Library District approved an intergovernmental agreement, 99‑year lease, and joint use agreement with the City of Fort Collins for the Southeast Community Center library branch. The District will fund up to $23 million of design, construction, and shared facility costs while the City owns the site and manages overall construction and joint spaces.
