District amends IT and cybersecurity services agreement

TECHNOLOGY

Master Service Agreement term plus associated Supplement A Managed IT – CompleteCare Services and Supplement E Cybersecurity – Managed Services terms; fees subject to annual increases not to exceed 5%

Agreement may be renewed for one-year periods upon mutual written agreement; fees under the Master Service Agreement and Supplements A and E are subject to annual increases not to exceed 5%. Client may terminate for convenience only after 36 months with 60 days’ advance written notice prior to the 37th month; termination for convenience is not ongoing and must be exercised within the specified window. Client has no right to terminate for convenience if a Default Event has occurred and remains uncured.
