Oakland County is set to enter a 2026 Memorandum of Understanding with the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority to provide free water safety and swim lessons at Waterford Kettering High School. HCMA will reimburse the County up to $16,709 for instruction and gear for up to 100 youth participants.
