This is Renewal Agreement Number Two to the FSMC agreement dated August 12, 2024, following Renewal Agreement Number One effective August 1, 2025. The renewed term runs August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027, with two additional one-year renewals available upon mutual written consent, satisfactory performance, available funding, no material contract changes, and fulfillment of USDA donated food provisions. Future fixed price increases are limited to the percentage change in CPI-U Food Away from Home for the 12 months ending March of the current contract year.
