MOU with Monroe Fire Protection District for Fire Science Program

The Monroe County Community School Corporation is entering into a no-cost Memorandum of Understanding with the Monroe Fire Protection District to provide facilities and personnel support for the Hoosier Hills Career Center Fire Science Program from August 5, 2026 through May 20, 2027. The partnership aims to deliver hands-on training leading to Firefighter, Hazmat, and EMT certifications while strengthening the local emergency response workforce.
