The City of Santa Cruz will consider entering into a Downtown Pops! Master License Agreement with 1339-1341 Pacific Avenue, LLC to facilitate use of 1339 Pacific Avenue for a Museum of Natural History downtown activation. The authorization allows the City Manager to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
