Huntsville has applied for external funding to retain consulting firm WalterFedy to conduct detailed energy audits and retrofit planning for several municipal buildings, including Utterson Hall. The professional services engagement will proceed if the Town’s applications to FCM and the Canadian Urban Institute are approved.
