Forney ISD and Crandall ISD entered into an interlocal agreement in which Forney ISD will provide virtual and hybrid courses to eligible Crandall ISD students for $700 per course per year or $350 per semester, plus special services costs. The agreement runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 and may be renewed annually by mutual consent.
