MOU with Irvine for Bridge Shelter Beds

Costa Mesa City Council will consider approving a one-year Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Irvine for access to available beds at the Costa Mesa Bridge Shelter from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. The City Manager and City Clerk would be authorized to execute the MOU and future amendments.
