The City of Burlington approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Racine County Human Services Department to participate in the Summer Youth Employment Program as a worksite employer. Under the ongoing agreement, Racine County administers recruitment and payroll while the City provides supervised work opportunities for local youth at no direct cost to the City.
