Description
The Missouri City Development Authority is considering a Development Agreement with the City of Missouri City to fund up to $6,500,000 in water and wastewater infrastructure improvements for the Mustang Bayou service area. The Authority would reimburse the City from TIRZ No. 2 tax increment revenues until all Developer Advances are paid, subject to TIRZ revenue priorities and project completion requirements.

No automatic renewals; extensions or additional projects require a formal amendment executed by all Parties.
