Agreement continues through the end of the latest school day of the current school year between the districts’ academic calendars and automatically renews annually for subsequent school years unless either district gives 90 days’ written notice of non-renewal. Services for individual students may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice without terminating the overall agreement.
